Dr. Catherine Vu-Gia has practiced optometry since 1993. She performs comprehensive eye exams and diagnoses and manages eye conditions including infections, dry eye, and eye emergencies.
Her specialty is challenging contact lens cases in children and adults — lenses for astigmatism (toric), presbyopia (multifocal), keratoconus, and eyes that have had corneal transplants, plus rigid gas permeable designs. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and completed an ocular disease internship at the Katzen Eye Group in Baltimore.
